Welcome to Hilldale
The Hilldale Community Association (HCA) was founded in 2003 to promote community spirit and to bring the people of Hilldale together.
The HCA is an entirely volunteer led and run charity. Every adult resident in Hilldale is automatically a member of the HCA - there is no membership fee.
Hilldale is a rural parish and community in West Lancashire, UK which has about 300 homes, a pub, several business and farms.
Next HCA Meetings
The next HCA meeting is on Wednesday 19 June 2024 from 7pm at The Farmers Arms. Any Hilldale residents are welcome to join us. The attendees on the night will be making decisions. Drop us a line to hello@hilldale-ca.org for the agenda if you have not already got it through our email group. Dog Poo
It's up to dog owners to pick up after their own dog and if anyone observes fouling taking place they should report it to West Lancashire Borough Council.

Yes, we have meetings - we couldn't organise "things" without them - but they are informal and we try to keep them no longer than one hour.
